Webster Bank Bolsters Government Finance Operations

WATERBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 8, 1999--M. Terri Larson has joined Webster Bank's Government Finance Team as Senior Vice President of Government Finance.

The addition to staff is consistent with Webster's plan to grow its Government Banking capabilities around the needs of Connecticut's public entities. Webster currently has banking relationships with more than 55 municipalities and public agencies throughout the State of Connecticut.

Larson has served as financial advisor to dozens of Connecticut's communities over the past 16 years, advising such far-ranging entities as the City of Hartford and the Town of Union. In addition, she is a Treasury Management Association (TMA) Certified Cash Manager, having managed BankBoston Government Banking & Finance Department for the past five years. Larson also served as First Selectwoman for the Town of Portland for six years.
