announced today the appointment of Denis W. St. Marie to the position
of executive vice president, Consumer Finance, for Webster Bank, N.A.
In this capacity, St. Marie is responsible for Webster's
residential lending, mortgage banking, consumer lending and secondary
marketing.

Most recently, St. Marie was president of KeyMortgage Services,
where he led the company's consumer lending center, its national
vendor management company and its mortgage operations center. Before
that, he was executive vice president of secondary marketing for Bank
One, where he led a team of underwriting, secondary marketing and
credit risk specialists.
St. Marie completed his undergraduate degree in economics at Ohio
University and received an M.B.A. in Marketing from Cleveland State
University. He is married and has two sons.
