completion of its acquisition of the assets of J. Bush & Co., a
New Haven-based investment management firm. J. Bush & Co., which will retain
its current name and operate as a division of the Bank's investment management
group, brings to Webster over $200 million in assets under management. The
terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
