WATERBURY, Conn., Oct. 25, 2010 – Webster Bank announces the appointment of John M. Jezowski to senior vice president, relationship manager at Webster Financial Advisors.
Jezowski joins Webster from Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he most recently served as a financial advisor. Previous to that, he was vice president, relationship manager with Wachovia Wealth Management. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions with Henkel Loctite, W.R. Grace & Co., and as a consultant. His experience includes roles in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and strategic development, marketing, commercial development, corporate intelligence, and scientific research.
A resident of Wethersfield, Jezowski is based in the Hartford office of Webster Financial Advisors, the wealth management arm of Webster Bank responsible for affluent individuals and not-for-profit institutions.
Jezowski earned his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Master of Science degree in finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He serves as chairman of the board of trustees of Easter Seals Capital Region and Eastern Connecticut, as a trustee of The Open Hearth, on the Cherish the Children Foundation's Corporate Sponsorship Committee, and the Hartford Stage's SpringBoard Committee.
